Contact us
The fastest way to reach us is email. There is no phone queue and no ticket portal to sign up for.
We normally reply within two business days.
- Tell us which app or game you are writing about.
- Your device and OS version (for example iPhone 15, iOS 18.4) — most bugs are specific to one.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead. A screenshot helps a lot.
- For billing questions, the store you bought through (App Store, Google Play, or our website).
- Please do not send passwords. We never need one to help you.
This page covers every PPVNX app and game — see the full list on ppvnx.com.
Frequently asked
If your question is not here, email us — the list grows from what people actually ask.
How do I cancel or change a subscription?
It depends where you bought it. If you subscribed inside the app on an iPhone or iPad, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Android, open the Google Play Store, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions. If you subscribed on our website, open the app's billing page and manage it there.
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for.
Can I get a refund?
Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple and Google, and only they can issue a refund for one. For Apple, use reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, use the Play Store order history. If you bought directly on our website, email us and we will sort it out. Either way, tell us what went wrong — if it was our bug we want to know.
How do I delete my account and my data?
In any PPVNX app that has an account, you can delete it from inside the app — open Customizations or Settings and choose Delete account. That erases your data, not just your login, and it cannot be undone. Our games do not have accounts to delete — what they do and do not collect is set out in the game privacy policy.
If you cannot get into the app to do it, email us from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
Is my bank login safe in PBudget?
PBudget connects to your bank through Plaid, and your bank credentials are entered into Plaid's own secure flow — they are never sent to us and we never store them. The access is read-only: PBudget can import transactions and balances, and cannot move money. You can disconnect any bank at any time from the Accounts screen.
I restored my purchase but the app still shows it as locked
Check that the device is signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase, then fully close and reopen the app — purchases are re-checked against the store on launch, and receipts can take a minute to propagate. Some of our apps also have a Restore purchases button on the billing screen; use it if you see one. If it is still locked after that, email us with the app name and the store account's email and we will check the receipt on our side.
What do you do with my data?
I found a bug, or I have an idea for a feature
Please send it — small teams live on this kind of message. Bug reports with a device, an OS version and a screenshot get fixed fastest. Feature requests genuinely do shape what we build next, even when we cannot promise a date.
